شارك العشرات من أهالي حيّ الحليصة ومتطوعون من الفعاليات السياسية والاجتماعية في حيفا، وأعضاء حركة "تعايش - شراكة عربية يهودية" في يوم العمل التطوعي الذي بادرت له لجنة حي الحليصة بالتعاون مع حركة "تعايش"، ومن الجدير ذكره أن العمل التطوعي في الحليصة أصبح جزءًا لا يتجزأ من عادتنا وتقاليدنا، حيث أقيم أول يوم عمل تطوعي في الحي قبل أكثر من 20 سنة – عام 1984، كما أنجزنا أطول عمل تطوعي في صيف سنة 2002 – واستمر مخيم العمل هذاأسبوعان، بمشاركة وفد أجنبي وتخلل أيضًا برامج تثقيفية، ترفيهية ومخيم صيفي لأطفال الحي.
من إنجازات يوم العمل التطوعي: دهان الجدران وغرس الأشجار في بعض شوارع الحيّ كشارع "هبروشيم"، شارع أبو بكر (رزيئل)، شارع الأردن (هياردن)، وشارع المأمون (أني مأمين). غرس الاشجار ودهان الجدران في المركز التجاري – الذي يشكل واجهة الحيّ... وقد قامت مجموعة من شباب وشابات الحيّ بدهن الجدران الخارجية لنادي البلدية والرسم عليها، كما وبدأ المتطوعون بترميم حديقة ألعاب في شارع فيصل، وبناء "سنسلة" في شارع "هياردن"
لم ننسى، أيضًا، المتطوعين والمتبرعين من أصحاب الدكاكين الذين تبرعوا بمواد مختلفة، وعلى رأسهم صاحب "مشتل شفاعمرو"، ونساء الحيّ اللواتي حضرن (تبرعًا) وجبة الطعام للمتطوعين...
وعند انتهاء العمل التطوعي، بتّ ننتظر يوم العمل القادم... وكل عمل تطوعي وانتم بخير...
ביום שבת, ה-11/11/2006 התקיים בשכונת חליסה יום עבודה התנדבותית נוסף ביוזמת ועד שכונת חליסה ותנועת "תעאיוש – שותפות ערבית יהודית", יום שהיה המשך למסורת בת יותר מ-20 שנה של ימי ומחנות עבודה התנדבותיים (יום העבודה הראשון התקיים בשנת1984, ומחנה העבודה הארוך ביותר – שנמשך שבועיים – התקיים בשנת 2002, בהשתתפות קבוצת מתנדבים מחו"ל, ומלבד עבודות השיפוץ הפיזיות כלל גם תכניות אומנותיות ומחנה קיץ לילדי השכונה...)
ביום העבודה השנה השתתפו עשרות תושבים ומתנדבים מחוץ לשכונה. ביום זה ניקינו, סיידנו, שתלנו שתילים באזורים שונים בשכונה, בנינו גדר אבנים שתמנע סחף אדמה מצלע ההר בחורף ברח' הירדן, טיפחנו את הגינה במרכז המסחרי שבכניסה לשכונה ושיפצנו מגרש משחקים ברח' פייסל... בני נוער מהשכונה סיידו את הקירות החיצוניים של המועדון העירוני וקשטו אותם בציורים מפרי מברשתם...
לא נשכח את עזרתם של בעלי החנויות השונות שתרמו חומרים ומצרכים, ובמיוחד "משתלת שפרעם", ואת נשות השכונה שהכינו, בהתנדבות, את האוכל למתנדבים
וכשהסתיים היום, החלנו לצפות בכליון עיניים ליום העבודה הבא... כמו שנאמר – ימי עבודה התנדבותיים לשמחה ולששון...
At Saturday 11/11/2006, another Volunteer Work day took place in Hallisa. The initiative for this project was issued by Hallisa's neighborhood committee together with "Ta'ayush - Arab-Jewish partnership". The Volunteer work day was another step in a long tradition of volunteer work in our neighborhood. We carried out our first volunteer work in 1984, building a stairs-path to the school in the mountain. The longest volunteer work, that continued for 2 weeks, took place at 2002 and included, aside work as painting walls, drawing murals and renovating the youth club also varied cultural programs and a summer-camp for the neighborhood's children.
In the volunteer work this year participated tens of the neighborhood residents and volunteers from outside. We cleaned streets, painted walls, planted trees in different areas of the neighborhood, built a stone wall that will prevent falling of earth and stones from the mountain near Hayarden St. We continued the improvement of the public area near the commercial center, and a group of youth drew murals on the walls of the local youth club...
We don't forget the shop owners that donated different materials, and especially to "Shefa-amr Plants Nursery", which supplied us with fruit-trees as olives, pommegranades, lemon, apples, and fig trees, and other plants such as roses, etc. We would also like to single out the neighborhood women that cooked the meals for the volunteers...
And when the day was over, we started to look forward to the next coming volunteer work...
El sábado 11/11/2006 tuvo lugar otro día de trabajo voluntario en Hallisa. La iniciativa de este proyecto partió de la comisión vecinal de Hallisa, junto con "Ta'ayush - cooperación árabe-judía".
El día de trabajo voluntario fue otro paso de una larga tradición de voluntariado en nuestro vecindario.
Nosotros comenzamos con nuestros primeros días de trabajo voluntario en 1984, construyendo una camino escalonado a la escuela ubicada en la ladera del monte Carmel. El mayor periodo de trabajo voluntario, que duro dos semanas consecutivas, tuvo lugar en 2002 e incluyó no solo la pintada de paredes y murales y la renovación del club juvenil , sino también programas culturales variados y un campamento de verano para los niños del barrio.
En el trabajo voluntario de este año participaron decenas de residentes del vecindario y voluntarios de afuera. Limpiamos calles, pintamos muros, plantamos arboles en distintos lugares del vecindario y construimos una pared que impedirá el desmoronamiento de barro por la ladera de la montaña hacia la calle Hayarden. Continuamos el mejoramiento de las zona pública del centro comercial, y un grupo de jóvenes dibujó murales artísticos en las paredes del club juvenil local.
No debemos olvidar a los comerciantes que donaron los materiales necesarios, especialmente al Vivero Shefa-amr, que nos ha proveído de plantines y arboles frutales como olivares, pomelos, limoneros e higueras y plantas ornamentales como rosales, etc. Nos gustaría agradecer también a las mujeres del vecindario, que cocinaron la comida para todos los voluntarios...
Y al final de la tarde, comenzamos ya a añorar que llegue el próximo día de trabajo voluntario...
